Graduate - Digital Marketing

We’re always on the look-out for new graduates, career starters and career changers from all backgrounds. We have a great training program that includes both formal learning and on-the-job training. HR & Office Manager

Due to continued business growth, we are now looking for a strong HR generalist to join the team on a part time basis (2 days over 3) taking on the dual role of HR & Office/Event Management. 

This role works closely with the Directors and Senior Management Team in this stand-alone role supporting a team of 20. This role is responsible for performing all generalist HR-related duties on a professional level in the following HR functional areas: training ,remunerations & benefits, employee relations, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment / employment and employment law compliance. The office manager component of this position is responsible for overall office activities and event management including but not limited to, managing IT, large purchasing requests, facilities and management of the building, organising social and corporate responsibility events or fundraisers.

Digital Performance / Search Account Manager

As the Search Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering end to end search marketing campaigns for clients. This includes developing and implementing best in market search campaigns, and client management including strategy development, client meetings, campaign management, optimising, analysis and reporting across Google Ads & Bing.
